UPDATED June 26, 2020
We hope you have been keeping in good health. We have all been through a lot during these challenging times, but we have taken this opportunity to strengthen our long-standing, uncompromising protocols to ensure the safety of our patients and the community, at large.
We are working hard to accommodate all those inconvenienced by our temporary closure. We are scheduling routine dentistry and hygiene appointments. If we have not yet been in contact with you to reschedule, please call, email, or text us with your availability so that we can accommodate you as soon as possible. Your patience is greatly appreciated!
When you come to see us, you will notice the same smiling faces, but some changes: Appointments will be spaced out to allow physical distancing between patients in the waiting and reception areas.
We will be prescreening you in advance and at the time of your appointment. You are asked to limit the number of people you bring with you to appointments.
We ask that you wear a mask or face covering to the office.
Upon arrival at the front door, we will ask that you sanitize your hands and your temperature will be taken with a touch-less thermometer. We encourage touch less payment, such as credit card or Interac.
We value the trust you give us in continuing to provide you with safe and high quality dental care. Thank you for being a patient with Yaletown Dentistry. We look forward to seeing you soon.
Sincerely,
Dr Shaireen Lalani, Dr Shana Lum, Dr Esther Jang, and all of the staff Yaletown Dentistry
